A: If you receive damaged or defective items, please provide photos or videos within 48 hours after receiving goods. We will confirm and arrange replacement or compensation quickly.

Shipping & Delivery

Q1: What shipping methods do you support?

A: We support international express, air shipping, sea shipping and freight forwarder delivery. We will recommend the most suitable and cost-effective shipping method according to your order quantity and destination country.

Q2: How long is the production & delivery time?

A: Sample order: 3–7 working days.
Bulk order: 7–20 working days according to order quantity and stock situation.

Q3: How long will I receive my goods after shipment?

A: International delivery time varies by region:

  • Express: 5–10 days
  • Air shipping: 10–20 days
  • Sea shipping: 25–45 days

Q4: Will I get a tracking number?

A: Yes. After shipment, we will provide official tracking number and logistics link for you to track your order in real time.

Q5: What if my package is delayed or lost?

A: Please contact our support team immediately. We will check the logistics status, assist in negotiation and provide corresponding solutions according to the shipping policy.

Order & MOQ Policy

Q1: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Q3: How to confirm my order after payment?

Q4: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: Order modification or cancellation is available before production arrangement. Once production starts, changes or cancellation are not supported. Please contact our customer service in time if you need adjustments.
